Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging if possible
How to Return
- Log into your account or contact customer service
- Request a return authorization
- Package your item securely
- Ship using the provided return label
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund, including shipping costs.
